Everything i asked for, I got the opposite. I walked out looking 20 years older than I am. The short bits are STILL too short two months later, despite me telling her I needed to have my hair up and out of my face for work. She gave me "bangs" (no, I did not ask for bangs) that go half way to the crown of my head. IF I spend ages styling it, it can look like a half decent old lady hair cut, but im more a wash and go type of girl. Is not friendly and doesn't book new clients with reason time limits, expect to wait up to ten days for a new appointment any time you call.

Alyona is the best hairstylist I have ever been to! Knows everything about hair, gave me good tips and answered all my questions. She is a very sweet person and it was nice to talk to her as well. I loved my haircut a lot! Thank you again, I will come back
