***Amending my review 23 June 2026*** There were several issues with the move as listed below, but I'm raising my rating purely based on the positive response from Two Twigs moving. One of the owners stopped by our house personally, listened to our issues and concerns, and was adamant about making it right. I find that kind of service to be very rare these days. We used Two Twigs Moving for an in-town move a couple of years ago and when it was time for a long distance move originating in Charlotte NC we knew exactly who we were going to use. We are extremely pleased with the level of service we received from Sire and Jamal during our move. They were on time, communicated through the entire process, and treated our items as if they were their own. Kind, Omara, Tamani - These three I cannot recommend this moving company enough! From the moment they arrived, the entire team was professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. Seth, Matt & Amen were fantastic & so hardworking, even though it was hot & I had stairs & a lot of big pieces! They made sure to ask where exactly everything went & ensured my furniture was centered & placed correctly. They gave their all & highly recommended this moving company & would use them again! 💯
