We’re so grateful to Emmanuel for helping us secure our new apartment! He was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. This building is terrible!! The other tennants here are nice and friendly. And the previous Superintendent Gary was cool. But the new management now don't care and give you nothing but a hard time. The building itself has bugs, poor A/C in the summer. And even worse heating in the winter. Constant burglary in the "safe" underground parking (4+ times in less than 2 years). Did a major renovation here last year and still havent been paid from the contractor (Skylon Construction). It seems the building is just as shady in their dealings as who they hire. Pretty sure palms are getting greased. No integrity. One unit flooded during renos and was just covered up with no consideration for the possible mold.
To Kaneff group management team and especially to Mr.Emmanuel Sibal we are pleased and beyond grateful for your expertise and dedication in assisting and helping us locate our new home has made us happy and incredibly appreciative.
