This building is terrible!! The other tennants here are nice and friendly. And the previous Superintendent Gary was cool. But the new management now don't care and give you nothing but a hard time. The building itself has bugs, poor A/C in the summer. And even worse heating in the winter. Constant burglary in the "safe" underground parking (4+ times in less than 2 years). Did a major renovation here last year and still havent been paid from the contractor (Skylon Construction). It seems the building is just as shady in their dealings as who they hire. Pretty sure palms are getting greased. No integrity. One unit flooded during renos and was just covered up with no consideration for the possible mold.

I recently moved into 220 Steeles Ave.W. Everything was handled very well. The manager Precious and her maintenance team were very helpful in making sure all of my needs were looked after.
I had a great experience with Emmanuel and the Kaneff Group management team. Emmanuel was professional and made the process of finding a home smooth and enjoyable. The management’s assistance throughout was excellent
