I recently moved into 220 Steeles Ave.W. Everything was handled very well. The manager Precious and her maintenance team were very helpful in making sure all of my needs were looked after.
I had a great experience with Emmanuel and the Kaneff Group management team. Emmanuel was professional and made the process of finding a home smooth and enjoyable. The management’s assistance throughout was excellent

The current Resident Managers (RM) are very approachable accomodating because when I requested for the repair of one of the broken cable of the body builder machine in the gymn. They repaired immediately. The building facilities are well manage and clean. Overall, the people of 220 KANEFF community is warm & peaceful loving people.
