Don’t even bother trying to apply to this building. Leasing office discriminates against you because of your income and credit scores, even after you explain to them why your credit is low.
We’re so grateful to Emmanuel for helping us secure our new apartment! He was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. He even arranged an earlier move-in date for us, which made things much easier. Truly appreciate his support and professionalism. I highly recommend working with him😊

This building is terrible!! The other tennants here are nice and friendly. And the previous Superintendent Gary was cool. But the new management now don't care and give you nothing but a hard time. The building itself has bugs, poor A/C in the summer. And even worse heating in the winter. Constant burglary in the "safe" underground parking (4+ times in less than 2 years).
