Do not rent here. I was unexpectedly relocated out of the city after a tough pandemic year of job loss and job change. I never missed a rent payment despite suffering unexpected financial loss. The lease break penalties are very harsh and management is inflexible. They have told me they will take me to collections for 14,000+ dollars that I don’t have. I documented a hardship case which simply was not considered. Rent only if you have a huge bankroll and complete job security.
Never moving. Best apartment community I’ve ever been part of. Everyone is wonderful and so, so kind. Our building is very cozy and clean. Two Trees forever!
