I dropped my street cruiser off because of a coolant leak, normally I do my own work but l was super busy and thought l would give them a shot. I like to support local family run businesses. Didn’t hear from them for a few days so called for an update. Leak found, parts on order. Another period of days with no update or contact so l called again. Think twice before go there I had reallly bad experience there the guy” works there grumpy tom charge me for something he never did n makes you feel bad whit his attitude don’t bring your toys to two tone shop if doesn’t want have bad time and waste money not good for business the only good thing from there the 2 lady’s on the counter other than that not good at all
Made an appointment, got told they are backed up and I specifically asked if it can be done same day or next day. Got to the appointment and got told “in the next 48hrs they will call you for permission to start working on the bike”. Like what was the point in scheduling my appointment
I've had excellent service here at two tone. They get things done fast and spot on. Definitely will be back!
Just brought my bike in. Bike runs great when I received it back, a bit pricey but I asked them to look over everything. Only thing I was a little disappointed about was getting charged $35 for gas and having a little less than half a tank on pick. Otherwise I am happy with my service.
