I have been living at 210 Steeles Ave W since January 2021, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The management does not provide proper responses to residents’ concerns. Communication is poor, and issues are often ignored or not taken seriously. Security in the building is also very bad. There was a theft in my apartment, which was extremely stressful for my family.
