Building needs better security, especially after what I have seen today. A young mentally ill man caused terror in the lobby today and scared of about 3 families yelling "I need my stuff ragh ragh". No resident manager , staff or security assessed the situation.
Im giving 2 star because of the people who work here. NEVER or RARELY do resident managers and security asses anything, just today some big dude with mental problems terrorized the lobby , i went downstairs no security no resident managers all I see is the the big dude outside screaming something about his music and stuff and scaring people away, please address this situation
If you want to shower with hot water during saturday and sunday please dont take this appartment.
Very bad experience visiting my sister here,they have turned off the Air conditioning here,we are sweating all day,bad management here,hate the way 210 steels avenue west stay,will not come back again.
I am thankful to the managers in 210 Steeles avenue west, as they have been very cooperative and responsive to all the issues occurred in our unit, and fixed them all in a timely manner.
