I have been living at 210 Steeles Ave W since January 2021, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The management does not provide proper responses to residents’ concerns. Communication is poor, and issues are often ignored or not taken seriously. Security in the building is also very bad. There was a theft in my apartment, which was extremely stressful for my family. The underground parking is not safe either — someone broke the windows of my car while it was parked there. Because of these safety conce... read more

Emmanuel is very professional and always ready to help.I am beyond grateful for Emmanuel, Olive and Raquel’s help. The building is clean, I love the amenities they have and the unit is perfectly clean as well. Highly recommended!
