*Update: the salon has reached out and resolved the booking issue.* I drove 5 hours from New York to have a rod set and a consultation for interlocks. I left excited however it's been a hassle trying to communicate to schedule getting my interlocks established to the point where I feel deflated. No one responds to my emails and when I call I am told I will get a call back but I'm always the one that calls back and still never received a solid answer.
