My 'Back To School' cookies were A-MAZE-ING!!!! They were too cute to eat! But after one bite, they were so delicious!

Ordered skull cross bones for my daughters pirate themed birthday. Was not happy how they turned out. Didn't even want to put them out because they looked nothing like I expected them to look. They came out looking like ghosts. Even the kids were asking if they could eat the ghost cookies..as far as the taste, they tasted good. But I expected them to look good as well!
For years I have been a dedicated customer until recently. I ordered 100 monogrammed cookies for a special event and was able to pick out maybe 15 that were "decent". The worst part of my experience is that the staff really didn't seem to care wether I was happy or not. No apology, no offer to remake nor an offer of a discount. I no longer support Two Smart Cookies.
