Deplorable customer service – Cute clothes here, but could not believe that the customer service was not up to par with the cost of the clothes. I bought a dress here that I absolutely adore, but they packaged up the wrong size for me. At the time, I didn't live here and it was a major hassle to get the right size. And when I asked them not to charge me for the shipping of the correct size, they gave me serious attitude!
