I hired 2 sisters to do the floors in my home and the 2 bathtubs. We agreed on a price and day and time. The day they were to be here no one showed up , after calling several times and leaving a message no one returned my calls. 2 hours later I get a text she slept in. Ok that happens but now she can come 3 hours late or the next day. I agreed on the next day.
