I could not say enough good things about my experience at Two Rivers. Dr. Caid was amazing and I can not thank her enough for the compassion she showed me on one of the hardest days for our family. She explained everything wonderfully and made sure I understood and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions that I had. Thank you, Dr. Caid. I truly appreciate everything you did for me.
The staff here are great! They are patient and caring with my fur baby. I always leave with a full explanation of Ebony’s treatment and never feel like anyone is rushing through to get to the next appt.
The staff here is amazing. This is the first time I've owned a kitten by myself. So after his first set of shots when he was lethargic and not eating, I called and talked to them. They told me I could bring him in and they would check him out. I did and they didn't think I was an over the top pet parent. They explained to me some kittens get this way. But each time we go in, they all love on him. They fully explain things and make sure I don't have any questions. Dr. Abby and the staff are amazing!!!
The staff and physicians are beyond amazing, compassionate, and kind. We've gone for years and when it was time to let our beloved kitty go they talked us through everything including their own loss. Their compassion, tears shed with us, and true love for what they do is top notch. I love two rivers and highly recommend them to all! Thank you all for the care you provide!
