Thank you to the staff for taking care of our sweet pup today (and always)! And Happy Vet Tech week!!
I called with an emergency case, my cat had a urinary blockage and I was told by a very rude woman that I could not bring him in. I had previously brought my other cat in when he was sick a few months ago. He was misdiagnosed and given fluids and I was charged almost $400 for fluids. Sadly he passed away a few days later. Another vet found the problem but it was too late by then. My experiences with this place have been awful. Stay away, go somewhere else.
Business response:
Ms. Woods called on Friday, June 26, 2020. She reported her cat needed to be seen. Our receptionist listened to the problems she listed and recommended she take her cat to the pet emergency clinic. We had already taken in 5 emergencies and changed the daily schedule as much as we could. She did exactly as she was trained so that your pet could receive care as quickly as possible. When you receive an answer you don't want does not mean someone is rude.
They misdiagnosed my cat and he died because of it. I went here first, and did a treatment regimen of medicine they suggested which ended up being for the wrong condition. No positive results after treatment. I then spent double the amount of money at an emergency vet 2 weeks later to learn he might have been okay had I went there and received proper diagnosis in time. Now today will not see my other cat on emergency. Figured I could at least trust them to stick a catheter in my other cat to save money. Go elsewhere. Especia... read more
One star for how knowledgeable, informative and thorough Doc is. Two stars for the compassionate, caring vet techs that work here, we appreciate them so much and don't want this review to reflect them. We have gone here for 2 years and will not be back. Do not expect a "Hey, how are you?" When you walk through the door because you won't get it. The receptionist is cold, and we tried to brush it off for 2 years but attitude can go a LONG ways. We recently encountered the lack of emotion and care from the receptionist, Sam whe... read more
