Nikole from Two Rivers Mortgage was fantastic! As a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) she acted as a true objective consultant throughout the entire process of acquiring a mortgage. She was meticulous and comprehensive in her approach. If she is representative of Two Rivers, then you will have piece of mind by the end of the process that you worked with someone with is meticulous, conscientious & tremendously knowledgable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage in either the Washington state or Oregon markets.
Before we were ready to buy, James coached us to improve our financial situation (savings plan, credit tracking, etc.). When we went to buy, we beat out a higher offer because we were working with a local lender. All in all, a great experience!
