My husband and I really enjoy Jeffery. He is a great listener, takes the time to reflect back on what we're each expressing, and gives us actionable items to walk away with each session. We both feel heard and seen by him. He can take the things we aren't able to fully express and tease it out and help us understand our emotions. I highly recommend him for helping create a more meaningful relationship. He's been a true blessing to have on our side during these stressful times.

Great conversationalist. Poor analytical 'chops.' No evidence of training as a therapist; did not walk away with any new insights. Seemed to draw conclusions/choose next step strategy based on something other than therapy training. If you want someone easy to talk to, and aren't looking to solve challenging problems, this is the place. If you have complex issues that require someone with deep therapeutic experience and academic background, may want to go elsewhere.
