Emailed Tracy during Covid. Went through intake, made a telehealth appointment. Confirmed appointment during the week of. The day/time came and went, with no therapist contact. No call. No email. Nothing. Days later, after calling, and emailing for a reason, still nothing. Very unprofessional, and incredibly upsetting, as it took a lot to reach out in the first place.
I feel so rude giving a negative review but I desperately needed therapy and she cancelled due to migraines and rescheduled and called me a day early regarding our appointment while I was at work and I desperately needed a therapist who could help me through so much I told her I have to cancel on her now because I felt like she couldn’t handle my situation and I needed someone to depend on and she doesn’t seem to have the strength to deal with me and she insisted to tell me that she can without knowing my life at all and alr... read more
