When you put in a coffee area, instead of a wheel chair for old money and make the old money walk the distance of 1/2-3/4 block to keep money in your bank & to do bank business, it is time to move the old money.
RecommendedKuddos to Mallorie Chubb for her excellent personal banking expertise. She has once again gone above-and-beyond the call of duty by writing a confirmation of funds available to a third party on New Year's Eve. Mallorie and Two Rivers have always been there for us as our banking partners.
Be honest train your employees better, You lost 2 deposits so far ,, you took over my bank and then lied to me double payed my bills and now lost 2 deposits because your local branch thought we didnt have to change our routing numbers or account numbers with the take over. So now im left to find my deposits and change my banking information .. nothing but issues in the Keokuk Branches
Bait and switch. Offers an attractive rate and terms and when it comes time to consummate the deal they say "after closer inspection of the number" we have to increase closing costs from $240 to $800.

I have been searching for a new bank recently and I know people who are current customers of Two Rivers and recommended the bank to me. I met with the branch manager Llew Anderson and she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products and services available to me. I GREATLY recommended stopping in and talking with Llew at the Westown Parkway branch and just talk with her about a new account!
this bank randomly shuts off your debit cards, I own a business and deal with banks a lot all I do is keep my personal banking here which is simple to deal with and they cant even handle that. they will never get my business accounts which are worth a lot to any bank this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with by far!!!!!!!
