Two Rivers Ankeny location offers great customer service along with handling all of your banking needs. It is nice to do business there as the staff is very friendly, upbeat & always smiling:-). It's also reassuring to know that they will see things through & get the job done.
I switched to Two Rivers last fall (2013) and wish I would have done it sooner! Great customer service, an interest earning checking account, and a reliable mobile app! Make the switch, you'll be glad you did.
I love the personalized, friendly atmosphere at Two Rivers. I tell my out of town friends about the benefits of the WOW Account and they can't believe it. My Kansas City daughter still does her banking here after looking into Bank of America and the little they had to offer in comparison. Cathy Meeker has helped us out so many times when we were out of town and needed banking assistance. Please don't ever change the way you do business!
I love the Service I get Annie is always so pleasant! They are even good to my puppy Larry giving him a treat! This is the bank down by the river not the Main bank!!
A huge "Thank You" goes out to Two Rivers for being a sponsor of the Jack Hanna into the Wild Event held in May. This event resulted in over $26,000 being raised for the Des Moines County Humane Society. It's great to have a Community Bank support their community in this fashion.
