Lauren is a brilliant soul and an amazing healer. Dealing with women doing fertility is a gentle, difficult, and sacred process. Her ability to hold that space with empathy, kindness, and wisdom transcend the typical practitioner/patient relationship. I felt an immediate connection with her. She is a beautiful spirit with knowing hands and an open heart!
I have had an allergy problem since childhood and heard that acupuncture was a possible alternative medicine. I decided to try it and got lucky enough to find Lauren who changed my life. It has been almost a year since my first treatment and I have not had an allergy problem since. (I used to suffer at least 3/4 times a year severely). I would recommend her to anyone having a problem that western medicine cannot fix. She definitely helped me so much!

Lauren is a warm and intuitive healer who really knows her stuff. Not only is she a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, but also an open and dedicated teacher if you want to learn. She really has "it" - that special something that makes this kind of medicine work. I'll never forget the time she completely cured a muscle strain that had been bothering me in yoga class for over a year! You have to experience it to believe it...so what are you waiting for?!
Lauren takes time with each patient to listen and problem solve each symptom. I took both my husband and my mother to see Lauren for acupuncture and they both loved her and appreciated her care, concern and expertise. Two thumbs up for two rivers for sure.
