My realtor recommended Mike for my home inspection on Hilton Head Island. I'm buying from out of state and I was unable to be there for the inspection. While looking online for a home inspector for my first home purchase, I came across very nice reviews for Two River Home Inspections. They were definitely very true. Mike was very thorough and professional. He also helped educate me about my future home as he walked through the inspection process. I received my report right away and it was very convenient to use. I have already recommended him to a friend and I highly recommend him to anyone.
Mike was so prompt and professional in regards to the home inspection when I purchased my first home. I was young, very inexperienced and had no one on my side but my realtor. I really felt like Mike looked out for my best interests. He gave tons of suggestions and went out of his way to check things for me and advise me. He took his time with everything. Mike was very thorough and really great to work with. He helped us identify some key structural issues with the home we were buying. He was very efficient and gave us a full report within 24 hours with details and pictures. He was also very responsive by phone/text for questions after the inspection.
