RecommendedJust left the office with my doggo Nox and let me tell you, Dr. Somerville is thorough, patient, and all around WONDERFUL. It is obvious that he loves what he does and cares for the animals that he sees. I would recommend this Veterinary Clinic 10 /10. Absolutely WONDERFUL.
Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Matt! Our poor lab has had a rough year dealing with two torn ACL’s, hip dysplasia, & arthritis. She is a rescue pup & gets awful anxiety when we take her anywhere. He was the first vet to ever get down & actually pet her, instead of acting like she was a nuisance to deal with. He also took the time to answer all of our questions. Taking our girl to the vet has always been a hassle & I’ve struggled to find a vet that understands, but I think we’ve finally found a good one!
The service has declined in a major way over the past year. While I like Dr. Matt, I can no longer put up with the rude attitude of the secretaries or whatever they are anymore. You cant even get in for days or weeks now which was never the case before. Thanks for everything in the past Dr. Matt but time to find a more responsive clinic to our dogs needs whose staff treat people like people and not like dirt.
I have been a customer with Dr. Somerville for 14 years with my dog, and now 17 years with my two Siamese cats. Over the course of 31 years they have always been wonderful. I have never called and asked for an appointment that I needed right away. This morning I did. What a disappointment. My cat had done something to the back of her leg to where it was raw meat. I was very scared she could get an infection. I was told that they had 5 calls before me and could not see me right away. I could not wait, but if they had told me ... read more
The best vet around, they always take such good care of our fur babies, when my oldest dog (who passed a few years back) was having kidney failure they’d let me bring her in anytime of their working hours so she could get fluids in her. Their so good with all of our babies, Dr. Matt, Dr. Dave and all the vet techs are awesome!!
We had our cat tux declawed and neutered this week.. he’s home and like nothing happened. The staff is wonderful there! Thank you for taking such good care of him.
I called in yesterday morning to have my 14yr old lab put down cause she couldn’t breathe from cancer. They board all my dogs for years and do all the check ups on them. When I called at 8:55 am the lady told me they couldn’t see her til Tuesday which was 5 days from when I called. I explained she was dying and I only live five minutes away and the lady said they were double booked and couldn’t see her til Wednesday. I will never go back ever again for what yins did.
