I read the bad reviews and they're just people who didn't know to press the button when the 8 minutes is almost up. My card was initially charged 10 but changed to 5 on my statement. I feel bad that those reviews are allowed to damage someone's reputation who isn't doing bad biness.
I visited this well-maintained self-serve car wash today, on March 9th, using the left-most wash bay. I had a couple of minor issues with the wash, such as low pressure on the "pre-soak" and inconsistent spray from the "triple foam conditioner" due to air in the lines, but I plan to try a different bay next time. The "wax" was the highlight, leaving my vehicle with a glossy shine and water-beading effect. I used my debit card and had no problems stopping the wash. This place is old school when it comes to washing cars. The facilities function fine and the vacuum after the car wash also worked well.
Used my debit card and was charged $15 for a $5 use. Spoke to the owner and he agreed to adjust it but never did. The instructions was posted to stop the cycle but the cycle stopped on its own. Imagine the amount of money this company is making off people not reading the instructions. NEVER again!!!
They never have soap in the high pressure soap function.
