Office staff was great about gathering information and explaining requirements for services.Movers communicated arrival time on day of move. Matao ad Neil were very efficient and walked me through the process. Very courteous and pleasant experience. Highly recommend their services.
Mateo and Neal showed up on time at 8.30am and started loading our furniture and other belongings. The storm slowed us down by about one hour, and then they had to catch up. It was difficult to carry everything up the stairs to the third floor of the new building (no elevator, unfortunately), but they never complained and finished the job on time and with professionalism. I appreciate the humour they brought into an otherwise rainy and gloomy day.
Fast, efficient, attention to detail, and genuinely friendly. Would recommend them over any other movers.
They employees that arrived at my house were very professional. I was shocked how fast they were able to move a 700lbs safe to the exact location I wanted it in the home, with no issues and no damage to the home itself. I would definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone with a future move in mind.
The 2 men were great at packing and handling my move. I definitely would hope to have them if I ever move again.
