Dec 21, around 9:40pm, Two Men and a Truck van going south on 400 in the left lane, 60mph in a 65mph, Dawsonville. For about 4 miles with a stop at each mile it kept constant pace with another car in the right lane, stopping at every light, and when the light went green accelerating at the exact same pace as the car in the right lane, preventing myself and another car from getting around.
