Great job and the men who moved me worked non stop.
It was a terrible experience. Out of 4 men, only one actually worked. They sat around on their phones talking about women. It took 5.5 hours to load one truck. Completely unacceptable. Then they complained they were running out of time- after goofing off all day! We had 2 damage reports too. TERRIBLE experience- and I’m a returning customer !! I’ve been happy with them until now. When I call to check on the damage claims or speak to someone, it’s always ‘an email’ or ‘the general manager will call you.’ Nothing but crickets…
The two men did a short move of heavy items from one storage unit to another. It was a walk from one uto the other. The leader of the team took charge and did a very good charge. I think the pricing was a little high, but the quality of the work was good.
The two movers were fantastic. They covered furniture that needed to be covered. They took there time making sure nothing was damaged. As far as the delivery to the new address it was flawless. I will always call Two Men And A Truck for all my short moving needs.
The move went very well! Barrett and the 2 men working with him were very efficient, careful, and timely. They were all courteous and pleasant. I would definitely recommend 2 men and a truck to anyone needing to move.
