I'm sure the service is good/they do a good job, but I canceled my move with them 3 days ahead, along with another service, and they still charged me for an hr. Both places had a 72 hr cancelation policy, but one refunded my deposit no problems, while Two Men charged me $165 for an hr, and when I emailed the rep and the general mailbox, they stopped responding. WARNING!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They are an absolute SCAM! The most unprofessional company. I just hired them on May 6, 2021 to move from LA to South Carolina. They did a zoom call and gave me a quote for almost $10,000. Then on the day of the move showed up with a tiny truck for an apartment size. I had done a zoom call for my 4 bedroom house.
