Great experience. I wish they would have added a 4th mover like we did last time we used them. Other than that it was a great experience.
All three men were very nice and did a great job!
Just completed a presceening call and this Shakopee branch is a real joke. I asked to be emailed my simple quote with their online process, that was completely disregarded. Why even ask me then? The sales guy I spoke with claimed I was forced to use a 3 man crew hourly rate of over $350+. After I told him I didn't need the extra labor he stated a 2 person crew was impossible and that I couldn't help load the truck in any way and his loader, the 3rd person, must be used. Super quick about moving and on top of communication. They are very careful and put everything exactly where you need it in a very timely manner.
My moving company bailed on the day of the move. Sam and his team at the Shakopee location saved me and did a same day move. Sam in particular went above and beyond and helped complete the paper work to close my storage unit rental over a month later. Exceptional customer service can't say enough good things about his dedication. Thank you Sam
