The initial booking was a breeze. The actual move was just one thing after another. I was scheduled for a move on a Friday between 3-5pm. A few minutes after 5, I had to call Two Men and their recording said they were closed and to leave a message. I did receive a call back promptly from Jeremy. The movers were delayed on a previous job. He also stated to me this is why we don’t like to move this late, as if I assigned myself the moving time. We had a fantastic experience with this team from Two Men and a Truck. Casey was flexible and worked with us on TWO moves. The movers were pleasant, flexible, calm, and extremely hard working. I highly recommend them!
Used them 8 times. One the 9th, they took all day to move a one bedroom 4 miles. Took half as long when I moved from Sheridan to Little Rock with the same stuff one year prior. Had items disappear. When I called about the missing items, was brushed off by 3 different people. Will never use them again.
Our move took two days from two different places, and our crews were fantastic! Theo and Kortney were tireless, and the folks who worked with them worked just as hard! Everything was handled with care, especially our antique dining room furniture; wrapped with pads and plastic wrap, and handled very carefully. Nothing but praise for this company!
