RecommendedI called Two Men and a Truck to arrange for a pickup and delivery of furniture from our house to a senior living facility where my mother in law will move into. The office staff were very pleasant and efficient in scheduling everything. They called the day before to confirm the time of pickup. Terry and Gordon came to our house on time, quickly went over all the details, and proceeded to move all the furniture onto their truck. Had a wonderful move last week!!! The movers were great, very friendly, and showed respect to my belongings. (Call center could use a little brushing up on people skills) but Even the manager came out to make sure everything was going well! I appreciate your kindness and help during this move! Would recommend them to anyone! Moving stuff isn’t an easy job and was worth every penny.
If you lose something in a 2 mile move try replacing it not blaming the costumer!!!!
Lost some of our stuff when wife contacted them owner said to bad it is to late it is past 96 hours!
Not a good experience. I would recommend people pack your things in boxes or totes that you can not see through.That way they can not see what they are moving. We did not get all of our things delivered to our new address. They were in clear totes. Don't bother to comment! All your going to do is blow smoke and blame me the Customer!!!!

Prices are always changed. They give a quote and do not honor it. Bad management! Bait and switch is also illegal.

The quote that was accidentally sent to you was a previous copy of the estimate that included a different day. Our rates change depending on the day of the week and how many men are needed in the crew, as is the case with many service based businesses. Again, we are sorry you were disappointed with the price.
Jerry and Marcus did a great job this morning moving everything out in less than 2 hours. They were kind, polite, courteous and did an excellent job.

No complaints to the workers that moved the washer and dryer. BUT a huge complaint on being over charged for the move. I was told the fee would be $124 for the first hour plus fuel charge. On completion of the move that took just 45 minutes and a 5-mile drive, I was charged $274! Thus the 1-star rating.

Thank you Two Men and Truck SO much for the excellent experience . Courteous, professional and cautious with all our parents precious things. It's hard for the elderly to downsize and Marcus and Dustin treated our parents with kindness and respect and answered all their questions as did Jackie at the office!
