Estimator didn't calculate enough space so 1/3 of our stuff was left with no opportunity to get it moved for at least a week. The movers seemed great, until we realized they put all the racks that were supposed to go into the garage to organize the boxes in the back of the garage and dumped everything else in front so we couldn't get to anything that we needed. They claimed they knew how to work the bed, but couldn't figure out how to get it upstairs (quick call to the company - literally remove 2 screws and it folds in half... read more
RecommendedWe just had 2 Men and a Truck move us from Mill Creek to Kirkland. The team of 3 was awesome, super nice guys, super helpful and did an amazing job. I bet they would be masters at the game of Tetris!
Every step of our move was handled with extreme professionalism. The interactions with the office staff were always pleasant, cordial, and productive. The two movers on the day of our actual move, April 23, were excellent -- courteous, professional, and efficient. I think this is a great company and wouldn't hesitate to give this recommendation to others.

Great job moving me from Seattle to Portland (packing, loading, and unloading). On time, friendly, efficient. Nothing broken. Very pleased.
AWFUL web and phone intake for estimates. I've had to follow up 4 times and still didn't receive an emailed estimate, just a verbal. This lack of follow through and service pushed me to engage FIRST DUE MOVERS. EXCELLENT!!!!!!! from start to finish with our move this week.
Horrible experience Had to move only 3 things for my mom and broke her $1500 table! They Took it to fix and table looks horrible now! Offered her $60 for the insurance policy she signed basically took advantage of her and didn’t even offer any discount on offering any money back! Will never recommend them for no one!
Very professional to work with. Efficient with the move itself as well, saving me about an hour of time an the initial estimate. Awesome experience all around.
