The actual movers were outstanding! They helped fix the messed up situation caused by the office. They were super professional, courteous, and careful with all of our items. Working with the office on the other hand, was a mess. The date we confirmed wasn’t available, so we had to wait a week. The movers were courteous and polite, but I felt like they were not organized or very motivated. It felt like I was pumping the guys up to keep them moving and kept running into different hold ups that seemed unnecessary. This crew was not like the others I have used in the past. Their manager came out later in the day and motivated the workers and also helped me out a little on the bill given that one of the guys was not good.
