Best Company in Town – This was the best moving experience we have ever had. We moved from a 3rd floor apartment into a ranch with a basement. The men had TONS of stairs to maneuver, and never complained or slowed down once. We were very impressed with how they handled our furniture, our boxes, and even our family! Some of the nicest young men I have ever met. Extremely polite and efficient. We would highly recommend this company, especially this office, to anyone.
Excellent prices – I went in for an estimate on repairs. I had to pay for them myself because i only had libility. They really worked with me on the price and the work was great. Being a woman i was afraid that shops would try to take advantage of me but they explained every part of the estimate so it made sense, so i knew what i was getting. If i ever need them again i will be back

the best movers – i have been moving for 45years and not one company can compare. I have used many companies such as hansen bros, starving students and more. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK .did my move in half the time as the other but took better care of my belongings.I could go on forever about these guys. Two men and a truck equals stress free move! – My wife and I moved with the Cheviot Rd Two men and everyone was great. They packed and moved our belongings with no problems at all. The lady in the office was as nice as I have ever met. We have moved 4 other times with this office and every time, I felt important and my items mattered to them. When they were finished our move, they asked if there was anything else they could do and this was after the bill was done. Excellent company!
Wow! They were great – I was skeptical hiring a company I didn't know. But what a great experience. They were on time, dressed well, polite and curtious. ALL my furniture was wrapped and padded. They were patient with me while I decided where some of the furniture should go in my new place.
2 men and a truck – i believe you, im an ex 2 men employee, i ran on moves to ensure customer satisfaction and knew the in's and out's of that place, broke my back for that place.....what did i get?....a partner who was horrible, after i would work a 16 hr day of heavy lifting. after a while they put me with even worse workers who would damage people's furniture and i wanted to flip out on my partner who wasnt trained by the way but i didnt. 1. because i didnt want the customer to be worried. 2. because it technically wasnt ... read more
Horrible Management – I have to hire movers in my business on a regular basis, but this time it is for a personal move. I called and spoke with Matt thinking I was calling the Two Men and a Truck in Round Rock. I had no idea there are multiple locations franchised out! That was a huge mistake on my part!! I take full blame. If I would have reached my RR local who coincidently also have a Matt who works for them I would not be writing this review right now..or it would be quite the opposite. Poor customer service – Our movers showed up 2 hours late without notice. We did not receive any communication that they might be late and had to leave multiple voicemails to get an answer. This set us back in a major way since we were suposed to be out of the old place by a specific time - which we were not, therefore making us elgible for charges by the apartment company. We were also unable to make the meeting we had with our new landlord due to the delay. Then, we were overcharged by $500 on our bank account. The office ... read more
