This was our first experience with Two Men and a Truck, and from start to finish, it was clear these people are among the best in the business. If you are at all on the fence about using them, I hope this review will help allay your uncertainty. I used Two Men and a Truck for my recent move. They were about 40 mins late arriving but they did call me before they were supposed to arrive to tell me that they were running late. My movers were very friendly and took care of moving all of my belongings. They moved me in 2 hrs less than my quote and none of my items were damaged! I would use them again!
The move went great. The guys were prompt, courteous, attentive to detail and well dressed with company logo shirts. The truck and equipment used for the move were in New condition. Already scheduled another move with them for next Monday. With all that, they even came in Under Budget!!! Thanks for the Awesome Experience. RB
I have not moved myself in over 10 years and had heard nothing but horror stories online about all of the things that can go wrong on move day. My husband and I received quotes from three different area Movers and decided on TWO MEN AND A TRUCK based on a referral from our Realtor. I could not have been more pleased with our decision!! BAD BAD BAD Good bodywork but ABSURD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Held my car for hostage and left me stranded in their business because their credit card machine didnt work... then lied about it! I had my enterprise rental company drop me off, with all my stuff sitting outside by my car, and just wanted to pay and go to work this morning. The card I gave them was a chip card and I had used it to pay my gas fill up and the rental car, but when she swiped it it was "declined" which i heard said at another point "couldnt go through". I had a horrible experience with this company. I am still trying to get several issues addressed and my move was at the end of June (22/25/27). I was supposed to have my entire house packed, yet when they left my house, several items were unpacked, most of the boxes were half empty, and many of the items in the boxes were not wrapped, including breakable items. This is my second time using 2 men and a truck - first time with the Fraser location. I had no issues at all the first time I used 2 men and a truck (from Livonia), but my experience was drastically different at the Fraser location. First, the movers were not in a hurry to move my things. They took their time loading the van, and then also when travelling (they were going a good 5-10 mph under the speed limit). The absolute worst auto repair experience I've ever had in my life. Hartford Insurance company (AARP) sent me here. They had my car for 83 days. Their workmanship is horrible. My car still has many problems, but I will not go back again. The owner's daughter and ex-son-in-law run the office. Rude doesn't begin to describe these two. Once they get your money, you loose all priority in their shop. I believe this shop is crooked. I saw my car parked at the Italian restaurant up the street at lunch time one day.
