The worst movers that I have ever had. They showed up late and when they did arrive they were tired. The main mover had a limp and the help stood around and watched. They only completed half the move. They stopped somewhere and add time to transit when the job was on an hourly rate. They destroyed the plastic cover on the mattress making the mattress open to the elements in storage and didn't put the drawers back in the dresser. They didn't know how to pack a storage unit. Need Movers? Look no further! – 5 STARS + !!! I have never been so amazed with a local company as I am with Two Men and A Truck! I was so nervous at first because I have never used movers before and let me tell you that I did a ton of research before deciding which company to choose but I am glad I did. Best Movers in AUSTIN, TEXAS – They came, they loaded/unloaded and were the friendliest movers and moving company I have ever encountered. Horrible Management – I have to hire movers in my business on a regular basis, but this time it is for a personal move. I called and spoke with Matt thinking I was calling the Two Men and a Truck in Round Rock. I had no idea there are multiple locations franchised out! That was a huge mistake on my part!! Hardest working movers – Recently, I moved from south Austin to north Austin. I thought it would cost a small fortune since I moved up three flights of stairs. I had two movers arrive promptly as scheduled. These two men never stopped. They were extremely professional. When I tried to help and move something, they asked me to let them do their job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. In fact, I did and they moved two friends of mine who both raved about the service.
Worst Moving Service – Two Men and a Truck was the worst and most dishonest service I've ever received. The two men we hired broke an antique desk, and instead of telling us, they used wood glue to repair it. We found it with the glue dripping down the side. When we confronted them, they had nothing to say. They were caught in the middle of their dishonesty. They also stole some very valuable and sentimental jewelry. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone.
Very Professional and Under the Estimate – Two Men & A Truck did an excellent job moving my things into my new house. The two men who came out were friendly, they were on time, they worked hard and fast but they were very careful and didn't damage anything or lose anything. The company charges a truck fee plus an hourly fee (in my case $90 for the truck and $90 per hour). In the end, they used less time than estimated so my bill was less than expected. Amazing Customer Service Friendly Well Trained Movers – FOUR STARS ISN"T ENOUGH!!! :) My husband and I bought our first house after being in an apartment for 3 years and we had a lot of stuff, the girl on the phone answered all my questions before I ever had to aske them, unlike the other movers I called Two Men and a Truck doesn't have ANY extra charges, I thought that was amazing.
