Great company. Been around for 14 years. Stop by unannounced and see how great they are. Main office is in Valpo. Satellite office is in Crown Point.
We arranged a move at an hourly rate and were assured it would take less than 2 hours because we specifically scheduled it during the middle of the afternoon. Instead, the movers were several hours late, outside the promised time range, and rather than ask us or get directions for how to navigate the trip during rush hour, the movers decided to go directly through the Circle (the worst backup spot in Chicago) during rush hour!
