We had a horrible experience with this company. We did a deep clean and my house was barely surface cleaned. Nothing was moved to be dusted around (even though I asked if they moved things to dust- clearly they did not). There were cobwebs still above the lights. The baseboards were visibly dirty, even though again I asked if they cleaned them and they said they had. I revaccumed and got a full canister of dirt. Very disappointed. We’ve been using this cleaning company for about two years now, and I honestly can’t imagine using anyone else. They are incredibly consistent, reliable, and always communicate so well. We’ve tried other cleaning companies in the past, and this has by far been the best experience not to mention the best value for the quality you get. Shoutout to Trinity for doing a great job on our home today. Highly recommend!
