Great experience! 1st I would like to say I love the fact that 2 ladies were sent. I observed their collaboration throughout the cleaning experience. And I believe this collaboration help provide my home a thorough cleaning. They they did it efficiently. I didn't have to constantly stand over them and direct them what to do. They also helped me move some clothing out of master bedroom closet into my guest room closet. My home was smelling fresh and clean when they were completed. We are very pleased with the service provided by the team that came to clean our house. They were very professional, efficient, and we liked how well they worked together to get the entire house completed in a timely manner. We’re also happy with how well they cleaned everything. Not a single complaint from us. Kerri and Carol (team 3) did and amazing job and we’re planning on having them be our regular service providers.
The team that came to my home were pleasant and friendly. I feel like one of them was very attention to detail oriented and that is how I am. I needed some help as time wasn’t allowing me time to get done what I needed. I asked for my stove to be cleaned and it was cleaner but it for sure could have been a lot better. It seemed more smeared. As well as my bathroom mirror but it might have been trouble reaching the height. The walls could have been spot cleaned but that really didn’t happen. The team did a great job.Ty, Keli, and Alex were polite, friendly and thorough. They made sure I was pleased with everything they had done and left my home feeling fresh and calm. I look forward to their next trip here.
