I am so glad I choose this service. Nicole does the best job taking care of my home. She is so pleasant and always makes sure everything is done the right way. She always asks if there is anything else she can do for me. I'm handicapped and she always does what ever she can for Thanks so much Nicole 🙏

Steer clear! They do not pay their employees. My daughter worked for them.. the owner messaged me that she was a wonderful employee and she could work for her anytime she is home from school.. which I have a copy of. Then proceeded to not pay her for over 2 and a half weeks of work, transport of another employee, etc. My daughter is a student, to her that is a lot of money. If they treat there employees that way I would never want them in my home. There were other things but not trying to be petty, just factual. She has stil... read more

The service provided (a deep clean) was good and the staff curteous but it had to be pointed out that the bathroom floor wasn't clean and after they left it was noticed that cobwebs were left on the ceiling fixture in the kitchen. These things could have been overlooked but we have repeatedly requested an invoice/receipt for the service and have had no response from the main office. Hired by my realtor to clean an empty new purchase. REALLY disappointed for more than 500$, the trash cans in the kitchen smelled with food stuck in the bottom, fridge dirty with food remnants, floors had to be mopped over 4x to remove the dirt. They refused to make any adjustments in cost. WOULD NEVER use again or recommend

***DO NOT USE TWO MAIDS** Bought an house and asked for the “Deep Clean Package” but there was very little cleaning done. All that was done was vacuuming, floors washed, and minor cleaning in the bathroom. They did NOT clean the windows, cabinets, radiators, hand rails, shower knobs, or dust the cob webs even though it’s advertised that they would be cleaning it. Prior to them arriving they assured me they would clean the basement but it never got done, they just left a big pile of dirt and leaves in the middle of the roo... read more
