Two Maids does a wonderful job cleaning our fitness studio at Riverstone. They always leave the studio sparkling clean, and their team is courteous, polite, and professional. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and consistently excellent service. Highly recommend!
Overpriced and sub par work. I paid $400 for a deep clean, it was not a deep clean at all and barely even a light cleaning. I was planning to continue with monthly cleanings after, but I was so disappointed in the work that I will not use this company again. After the maids left, I found multiple dusty/dirty areas of the house that weren’t cleaned at all. I was absolutely disgusted with the service I received. I had a deep clean for 3½ hours and I got a half ass job and they left after 75 minutes. It took me threatening to do a bad review on them to even get a response and when I finally got one, they didn't even want to refund me for any of it. After days of arguing with the customer service, they agreed to refund me for time missed. It's been 2 weeks and still nothing, so I had to dispute it with my bank. I don’t usually write reviews—in fact, this is my first one—but the service I received was extremely disappointing. When the cleaners arrived, they immediately said they didn’t really want to clean the house. For context, the home wasn’t in terrible condition—just some clothes and trash. I had recently had surgery and wasn’t able to keep up with cleaning, so I explained the situation and asked them to focus only on my room and the kitchen.
