Our negative experience with Two Maids had everything to do with billing. We canceled service in June, but the manager at the time didn't inform us that we would receive a charge in JULY for that cancelation. It came to our attention a month later that we canceled "too close" to the appointment, even though they called that day and asked to reschedule. Carla and Jasmin did a great job cleaning my house. The company is very easy to work with and always responsive if I need to change an appointment.
Wonderful service with Kaylee, Jasmin, and Kate! Did a great job, all were professional, friendly, and cared about doing a good job. Highly recommend
I am genuinely convinced they did their best; but with poor “natural” cleaning supplies, it was very mediocre. Two stars because they did come back out and try to make it right, but it didn’t make much difference, and I would not use their services again unfortunately.
I had a 5-star experience from beginning to end. Super fast response time, excellent cleaning team, and was contacted same day to ask about my service. Will use them again many times in the future.
