Used them in the past and stopped because it wasn’t working out- was really hoping to get some help with my floors and windows for a family event this weekend but this was left over. I think it’s a shame they charged me full price without completing the full job. As well as changing my booking time slot without any notice from 11-2 to 2-4 (and than showing up at 5:20) Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be able to book again due to this- wish they could have handled it better.
