My 1st post was completely opposite from this post because the owner doesn't respect anyone especially the employees. My favorite pair of cleaners quit and 1 time with someone else,I knew I would never use thus service again. Between the cleaner and the company falsely charging my credit card atleast 4 times.I was definitely done. This place needs to be shut down.
Do not use this service. They charged me twice for one service (which was terrible by the way). I’ve called a few times trying to get them to remove the charge and I keep getting the run around. Beware.
If I could put zero stars I would. The first time they came we had a good experience however when we scheduled for them to return they called me multiple times within the week to confirm and every time had a different date and time that I had to correct them on. They also were sending text messages responding to our calls versus calling me back as the customer but only after 2 hours of no one showing up and me calling the main line 6 times in a row.
