It was horrible. In fact we will not be using you any further. I paid $164 for basically nothing. Nothing was dusted. Floors not cleaned. I am so upset I paid that much. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Really not sure what was done. Please cancel all future appointments. You will be getting very low Google reviews.
I am DELIGHTED with Two Maids and a Mop!!!! Sarah and Silvia are the hardest working most diligent cleaners ever! They overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations. I enjoyed having them in our home! I plan to use Two maids and A Mop for a deep clean once or twice a year, and any time I need help with cleaning. My house has never been cleaner! Y’all provide exceptional cleaning and service! I used the cleaning service of this company for a while. The last time they were here they stole money and the new manager never called me back about it. I tried to call her three different times and she always had an excuse on why she hadn't talked to them yet. She was also talking negatively about the previous manager Angelique but at least I feel she would have handled the situation. There was absolutely nothing done about their employees stealing money from my home. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY INTO YOUR HOME.
I got the premium clean, and when I got home there was still dog hair and dust on half the surfaces and base boards. It looked like they just used water to clean my bathroom. They definitely didn't wipe the windows as there were still smudge marks where my dog looks out the window. The most I can say is they vacuumed my carpet and swept the floor. Truly awful. I spent the rest of the day actually cleaning.
I love using Two Maids! They are always polite, friendly, and most importantly do an excellent job cleaning! I am so glad I decided to start using the service, it is definitely worth it!
