Id like to start this review by saying I have tried for days to get a hold of anyone regarding this matter and at this point have escalated to the BBB. Two (foul mouthed- the camera on the porch is live) maids came to my home to perform a deep clean after I had a house sitter for several months. They reported that there were fleas in the home so I paid $300 for someone to come out and treat, upon inspection it was found that there were no fleas or evidence of fleas. If you are thinking about hiring Two Maids & A Mop please use caution. They charged me over $90 for performing ZERO services. They told me the rental was "too dirty" due to pet feces for them to clean, but they charged me for their cleaners reserving some time. I was really surprised because I had told them that the property was in rough shape from the tenants, and didn't realize I could be charged for them performing no services. The service was terrible. I asked for a one time cleaning I have a 2300 square-foot home and they were out of here in 2 1/2 hours. When I went upstairs to check the bathroom it was filthy. I paid way over $200 for this service. And all I got was I’m sorry you weren’t happy. I don’t mind paying the money but at least do the job that I’m paying you for. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I’m certainly not going to use them again.
I needed a move-out clean. The manager worked with me, as I had some special requests, and even suggested a route that saved me some money. The crew was amazing. They were professional, courteous and thorough. I definitely got what I paid for, and more! They were on time and there was no slacking - they went right to work and didn't stop until the job was done. If I had been staying in Greenville, I would not hesitate to engage Two Maids on a regular basis.
