Pay for Perfomance = AWESOME Two Maids without a doubt is the best cleaning company for the buck in the Destin Area. I absolutely love their pay for performance plan. Basically, I am their boss and rate the maids on how well I am satified and their pay varies accordingly. I love it because I get the satisfaction of having my voice heard and if they do well (which they always do) they will be compensated accordingly. I was skeptical at first but now am a believer At first I was hesitant to hire a maid service, I felt like I was being lazy, but was I ever wrong! I had some relatives coming into town (living in Destin it happens more than you think) and I myself was going to be out of town myself the day before they arrived so I contacted Two Maids and they were fantastic! They came out and did a detailed estimate before I left and then the maids were there while I was out of town and to say I was impressed when I returned would be an unde... read more
