Two Maids & A Mop is the most popular, hardest working and most professional house cleaning company in town. Our company started from very humble beginnings way back on April Fools' Day in 2003. Our first office was all of 200 square feet and it was located in a pretty rough neighborhood. I can still remember those ugly looking wood-paneled walls. I’m an employee for the two maids and a mop location in Columbus, ms. It’s by far the best job I have had thus far. Very good management and family type community. Great benefits and wonderful connections. It’s hard work and not for people with out drive.
Service was exactly as advertised, I will continue to use them.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. After visiting the property on three separate occasions (twice to "clean", once to inspect) Two Maids and a Mop was unable to clean to reasonable standards. The first visit was comprised of two "maids" complaining about the tasks and attempting to avoid doing them by asking "does this need to be done?" about each item. I would never let these people come into my home ever again. It has been a nightmare. First they charged $400 for a move in cleaning of our new home. When I came home you could not tell anyone had been in the house to clean. Called and the manager set up a second cleaning which they did today. I got a call as they left the house and the woman who had been cleaning said they had scrached one of the new night stands in my bedroom. WOW...They beat my expectations! – I have been using a competitor cleaning service for the last several months and everytime (including the first cleaning) something was wrong or forgotten. I was pretty apprehensive of going to another "chain" but I thought I would give Two Maids and Mop a shot since I was impressed with their associate pay plan. Great Service! – Two Maids and a Mop did a super job! My house was a mess due to two teenagers and six pets!!! My cleaners were super friendly and very easy to work with! When I noticed something overlooked, they jumped right on it! They had their hands full because they were also training a new girl. Highyl Recommended!
Monday morning and a Clean House! – The ladies that cleaned for us today did a great job...another team deserving of a 10. Asked them to spot check a couple of specific areas this week and each was very nicely cleaned. They worked very efficiently...cleaning and vacuuming over, under and around my husband, 'his area', as well as some medical equipment and mobility aids he uses around the house. Cleanest in Town and Country! – This was Laura & Nicole's first time to clean our home. Our little dog and my husband's oxygen tubing did not phase them. They were friendly, thorough and professional and fast! I had to leave before they completed cleaning. When I returned home it was everything I expected! The first was the clean scent of my favorite disinfectant used only by Two Maids and A Mop. All looked spotless too. We rate this cleaning a 10 as we have all of them in the last 3 years!
