Mixed feelings, will update as we go. – I have mixed feeling about my cleaning experience. This was my first time with this company. One of the girls was great, the other one...not so much. I liked the fact they came on time, had supplies that were requested. I also like the fact I was sent an e-mail following up on how my service was. After I get done responding to the follow up e-mail I will post an update on here and update my experience overall.
A Reliable Company and A Clean House – We have been using Two Maids... for several years now and have not been disappointed. Rachel cleaned our house by herself on Friday. It’s a big job for one person but , as always, Rachel did a fabulous job. She is always meticulous. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate the reliability of your company. It is the best money I spend for myself and for my family.
Good service – Two Maids and a Mop did a very nice job in my house. They only missed dusting the blue ray player and satellite box, but they did everything else very well. The only reason why they didn't get five stars is because I was here while they cleaned and one of them took at least two personal calls on her cell phone. The calls were distracting, slowed the work down and I heard the f-word several times, which is offensive to me. 06/30/10 Thanks ladies for another wonderful job. It is so nice to come home from work to a clean house. You make it much easier to enjoy having company this weekend.
Great! The best house cleaning service we have ever used...and we have used a ton!!! The only thing we would change is that we would love to have the same cleaners all the time so they could get used to the little things we like to see cleaned instead of having to tell new cleaners every time they come.
