I think they may have gone out of business. No one showed up to our cleaning two weeks ago. Couldn't get a hold of anyone, still haven't heard back. That same day some employees posted some concerning reviews, they weren't being given assignments.....I don't know what is going on but it's very strange. I would have thought their corporate would have let us know. Either way we are now using a new company.
Update: 11/9/2023 - Been trying to get a hold of someone all week to see when they are coming and no answer, no email, no text. Nothing. Very disappointed. Two Maids cleaned our home on 5/10. They will be coming every two weeks. Everything was sparkling clean. Very happy to have cleaners again. I would recommend.
