Two Maids & A Mop is the most popular, hardest working and most professional house cleaning company in town. Our company started from very humble beginnings way back on April Fools' Day in 2003. Our first office was all of 200 square feet and it was located in a pretty rough neighborhood. I can still remember those ugly looking wood-paneled walls. Had a deep clean today with CJ and Ariana. They did a great job! Very friendly and thorough. The house looks great and we appreciate their work. Highly recommend them!
Team was scheduled for a two hour window starting at 12:45 pm. At 10:25 am, I got a text saying they would like to arrive at 10:45 am. Fortunately, I had returned early from my morning outside plans, so I replied the modified arrival would be ok. Team of two arrived at the modified time. Suprised when CJ (who had been here for all previous cleanings) arrived with two partners. As before, I told them I would be in the office if they had questions or needed access. Immediately, he began to show his two partners my house situation and I went behind the closed office door. Before I realized the time had passed, he knocked to indicate he was ready to clean the office and a few minutes later he had finished, and then they said a pleasant goodbye and left. Did not have a good experience on multiple fronts. I never received a confirmation email or text until after I called. At that point, I was told they attempted to contact me the day prior. That did not happen. On the day of the cleaning, the women were very nice and punctual. After they left and I was able to walk around after work, I noticed several areas on the floor that were not vacuumed. We gave a dog, so even after a couple of days, those areas are noticeable. Vacuuming is constantly being done here. I was willing to l... read more
