Disappointment. Difficult management team. Executives at Rose only provide temporary fixes to apartment problems. Paying premium not worth the money not a luxury building. Constant noise, work orders do not get fixed for weeks on end. Do not care about tenants well being. Poor staff and lack of consideration.. Pay too much to deal with these unnecessary problems makes life difficult.
