Had a great car buying experience, bought a used Mazda 3 GT here two weeks ago. Mackenzie was very helpful in helping me with financing and completing the deal. Update: The car isn’t in a good condition. Within a few days, the car required repairs (belts, tensioner, oil leaks) quoted at $1000. We found ourselves looking for a new vehicle suddenly when our last vehicle had to be retired. We were leaving on vacation in a week, so from test drive to handover happened pretty quickly. Our salesman Rob was great to deal with. We appreciated the honesty and level of customer care shown by the team and the speed with which the certifying and licensing were handled so that we could take our new vehicle on vacation. We bought a 2021 Rav 4, and couldn't be happier.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Utterly unpleasant, disorganized and sketchy. We called ahead to confirm the car was available. Then in person, they checked twice before handing us the keys for a test drive. Five minutes into the drive, we got a call telling us the car was suddenly sold. No explanation, no heads-up, just a total waste of time. No offer about other cars or anything.
